Steps into a meaningful life

I have always been interested in supporting people through difficult moments and learning processes. Becoming a psychologist felt like a natural way to work closely with others on that path.

My own experience as an expat has shaped how I understand change, uncertainty, and adaptation. This allows me to connect deeply with clients who are navigating life abroad.

Even between cultures that seem similar, there are emotional and psychological challenges that expats and migrants deal with. Therefore I support people who are facing emotional struggles, stress, interpersonal and intrapersonal difficulties, life transitions, or periods of feeling stuck, regardless of where they are based.

Living in Switzerland has influenced both my personal and professional perspective. Being surrounded by nature has become an anchor for cultivating presence and supporting meaningful actions aligned with personal values.

Guided by this experience  and my commitment to supporting others, I created ancora: a safe, respectful, and confidential space where we can explore thoughts, feelings and actions, and develop practical strategies to move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
