No. Many people ask for help because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next steps. You don’t need a “big” problem to benefit from this space.
-
In the first session, we will explore what brings you to this space, your current challenges, and what you would like to work on. I will also explain how I work and we can begin to define some initial goals together.
-
No preparation is needed. You can come as you are, and we will take it step by step together.
-
Feeling comfortable, understood, and supported is an important part of this process. The first sessions provide an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to explore how you feel in this space. You may notice whether you feel safe, heard, and able to connect with my approach. Finding the right fit is essential, and it is important that you feel this is a space where you can work toward your goals with trust and confidence.
-
That can happen, and it doesn’t mean this space isn’t for you. Different approaches and professional relationships can lead to different experiences. We can explore together what might work better for you this time.
-
Doubts are normal. Reaching out for help is already a meaningful step, and we can take the time to see together whether this space feels helpful for you.
-
That’s completely okay. We will move at your pace, and there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to.
-
Sessions are available in both English and Spanish.

Coverage for psychological counselling depends on your health insurance plan. While these services are typically not covered by basic health insurance in Switzerland, some supplementary insurance plans may offer partial reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for information about your specific coverage.
-
Sessions are conducted online, allowing flexibility across locations.
-
It depends on your goals. Some clients work short-term to address a specific concern, while others prefer a longer process to explore ongoing patterns and support deeper personal growth. The length of the process will depend on your needs, goals, and the pace that feels most helpful for you. We will regularly review how things are progressing and adjust our work together accordingly.

I aim to offer the best possible support within my area of work. At this time, I work with adults and do not provide support for children or for severe psychiatric conditions such as BPD or bipolar disorder. If you are seeking support in these areas, I encourage you to connect with a professional who is specifically trained to help you. You can find guidance through the FSP website.
